Gorilla Images

I recently went down for a week’s stay in Devon, and paid a visit to Paignton Zoo, the weather was very damp and no-one was around except myself and the silver back gorilla sat on his island munching away on his food, my wife got fed up of me just watching him and went off for a walk with my young daughter in tow. I was completely mesmerised by him, I know we are related 99% by DNA but I was in awe of him, I was captivated by the size of his hands, his prowess and I found myself just staring into his eyes and wondering what he must be thinking of us watching him all day, I felt kind of sorry for him but I also felt glad that he was safe that he was not in his homeland like the DR of Congo where people would kill him for meat for some stupid belief it would give them super powers.
